1.Introduction

This Website terms and conditions (“Agreement”) is effective as of the effective date set above by MRH Paving (“Service Provider”). mrhpaving.com (“Website”) is provided to give information about services, allow clients to request estimates and pricing, and facilitate communication.

2. Site Management

MRH Paving works to ensure that all service descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Website are accurate.  However, we do not guarantee that the website and information are available uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Estimate Requests

By submitting a request for a service estimate on the Website, you agree to provide accurate information.  An estimate request does not guarantee service availability or final pricing.

4. Bookings

Service bookings are confirmed through email after a formal agreement (contract service terms and conditions) is signed between you and MRH Paving.  Booking inquiries through the Website are non-binding.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are for general information purposes only.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
